Election date in Britain draws nearer and nearer and the three main parties have all agreed to have a live debate which is very brave of them as they all have something to lose.

What is noticable, however, is that no one is talking about changing the unfair council tax system. As a percentage of earnings the poor pay FAR more council tax than the rich. As a percentage of earnings the very rich don't pay anything at all.
